THE SHORES AT RAINBOW LAKE APPLICATION and SUBMITTAL CHECKLIST

Please read the Shores Architectural Rules (revised April 28, 2025) before submitting your request. Provide a copy of the Rules to your architect and contractor.

The following items must be presented to the Architectural Committee for review.

1. A complete set of plans as described in Article II, section B. Plans may be printed on 24” X 36” paper or submitted as a high definition PDF file. You may attach a PDF of your plans to this request.

2. Description of all exterior materials and colors. (Samples or manufacturers’ brochures should be included.)

3. Description and color of all roofing materials. (Samples or manufacturers’ brochures should be included.)

4. Plans for any other improvements on the lot, such as boat dock, landscaping, dog runs, gazebo, etc.

Images are limited to a maximum size of 4 MB each. If your image is too large, either reduce its size or email it directly to property manager Trish Svejkovsky at trish@resortaz.com
