Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee is committed to the development of The Shores at Rainbow Lake as a neighborhood of quality and elegance. The success of The Shores at Rainbow Lake has been due in a large measure to our ability to project enthusiasm and a strong vision for this development. The Architectural Committee continues to administer and enforce, reasonably and equitably, the protective covenants (CC&R'S), design standards, and review procedures necessary for maintaining our high standards.

All submissions to the Architectural Committee must be made using the Architectural Request form in the Forms page of this website.

The Architectural Committee members are:

Ken Deuel, Committee Chairperson and current board member

Joe Yost, Real Estate broker

Don Childers, retired fiduciary and Air Force Major

All changes to lots and/or home exteriors must be approved by the Architectural Committee to insure all CC&Rs and construction procedures are followed, and that community standards are maintained. Click here to download the Architectural Rules, revised 4-30-2025
