Rental Notification Form, revised May 19, 2025
Homeowners who lease their homes for any period of time are required to complete and submit this form to The Shores Property Manager no later than 10 days prior to the beginning of each property rental period.
- Rental Notification Fee if the form is submitted 10 or more days before rental: $25.00.
- Rental Notification Fee if the form is submitted less than 10 days before rental: $25.00 + $15.00 penalty; $40.00 total.
- The Rental Notification Fee must be paid within 15 days of the first day of each rental.
- A 6 digit numerical Virtual Pass for the rental period, created by the owner or property manager using the ButterflyMX app, must be provided to the tenants and included on this form. Create the Virtual Pass and email it to your own email address so you know what the number is. You can then forward that email to your tenants.
- Upon acceptance of this Rental Notification, the appropriate charge will be added to the owner's Shores account. Payments may be mailed to our property manager or paid online on the Shores website: https://www.theshoresatrainbowlake.com/make-a-payment-online/
Landlords must supply a copy of The Shores Rules and Regulations to their tenants. Click here to download the Rules & Regulations. Landlords are responsible for the actions of their tenants and fines may be levied for violations of the Rules & Regulations.
By submitting this form, landlords acknowledge that they have screened their tenants to ensure their compliance with the Single Family Rental provisions of the Shores CCRs: A single family may not consist of more than four (4) individuals who are unrelated by blood, marriage or legal adoption.
